What is ClickBank?

ClickBank is the world’s largest order processing company for digital, downloadable products.  We chose ClickBank to retail our ebooks because they have a safe, secure and simple ordering process with a wide range of payment options.  They accept most credit cards, echecks and PayPal.

How will this purchase appear on my credit card statement?

The charge will appear as:  CLKBANK*COM

I want to buy your book, but I don’t have a credit card.

For U.S. customers, ClickBank accepts online checks and PayPal.  International customers can pay with an echeck through PayPal. 

If you don’t want to order online, you can send a money order or check.  For customers outside the US, we accept US currency International Money Orders.  Be sure to send also your name and email address so we can send you the link to download your book and bonuses.  Make your money order out to Dog Success and send it to the following address:

If I live outside the United States, can I still order your books?

Yes you can. Dr. Dennis Fetko and Dog Success are in San Diego County in California and all prices for his books and audios are in U.S. currency.  Our secure payment processor, ClickBank, will accept payment from almost anywhere in the world.  ClickBank accepts orders from over 100 countries.  They will automatically make the currency conversion for you.  Just follow the instructions on the ClickBank secure order page.

What is an “ebook”?

“Ebook” stands for electronic book.  Our ebooks are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, which you can download, seconds after your order is processed.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Can I get this book in the hardcopy version?

Currently, Dr. Fetko’s books are available only as ebooks that you can download on your computer.  They are not available in any bookstores nor in Amazon.com

I have a MAC computer; would I be able to download your book and bonuses?

Our books and bonuses are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, which IS compatible with MAC computers.

I don’t have Adobe Acrobat on my computer.

I downloaded your book, but it just looks like a bunch of symbols and not words.

This means you do not have Adobe Acrobat Version 6.00 or better.  You will need to visit the link in the previous question to install a later version of Adobe Acrobat and THEN download the book again.

Can I use your books with my hand held devices?

Yes, Adobe Acrobat format ebooks can be downloaded into most hand held portable devices.

Can I print just a few pages at a time?

Yes, after you click on Print, most printing programs allow you to print a “Page Range” from, for example, 31-39 in order to print pages 31 to 39.
